Portfolio Walk & Book Fair

CENTER’s annual Portfolio Walk & Book Fair provides a platform for the public to view the Review Santa Fe 100 portfolios and network with the photographers and reviewers. For one night only on Saturday, November 2, CENTER welcomes gallerists, curators, editors and other photography enthusiasts to view a broad range of contemporary and documentary projects exploring some of our most urgent social, environmental and political issues.

Hundreds of lens-based artists from around the world apply to take part in the Review Santa Fe Photo Symposium. The participants are carefully selected by an independent jury of industry professionals whose members change from year to year. The public is invited to join us for an extraordinary opportunity to view and take home compelling artwork created by artists from around the globe.

In recent years, the Portfolio Walk has expanded to include a Book Fair. Offering a selection of notable photographic book publishers and indie publications, the Book Fair showcases an array of new publishing projects contributing to contemporary lens-based practice. Newly released titles and signed books will be available for purchase.

Our 2024 publishers include Axle Contemporary, Bella Forte Designs, Blurb, Dear Dave, Magazine, HurleyMedia, Photographic Center Northwest, Saint Lucy Books, Santa Fe Workshops, University of NM Art, Luminosity Labs: Workshop Arts, ZEKE Magazine, and others.
